Volunteer Coordination Team

Type of Tasks

1. Find and assign volunteers to various teams

2. First point of contact for anyone showing interest in LSP

3. Will keep checking with various teams as to what they need and get them that so that everyone can continue with their work

4. Work with chapter leads and encourage them to sign up new volunteers

5. Make an introductry email with list of all contacts briefly outlining the roles/responsibilities

Events Team

Type of Tasks

1. Organize/Coordinate events wherever necessary

2. Prepare enough material, Theam for banners etc

Infrastructure Team

Type of Tasks

1. Websites/ back-end support

2. Investigate and provide the necessary IT tools .

3. Provide conf call numbers

4. Analytics & Tracking

Social Media Team

Type of Tasks

1. Posters

2. Videos

3. YouTube Management

4. Facebook

5. Twitter

6. Cartooning and mascot generation

7. Blog

8. Streamline content/theme/work that needs to be publicized on social media

9. Promote using free/paid ads

Finance Coordination Team

Type of Tasks

1. Fundraising

2. Clear bottlenecks and make it easy for people to give money

3.Design and Provide necessary material for fund raising emails/phone calls etc

Campaign Coordination Team

Type of Tasks

1. Choose constituencies where we will focus our efforts

2. Coordinate with teams in India and give help where necessary

Policy Team

1. Help the party draft the manifesto

2. Make sure all our messaging on anything (Social Media, emails) is in line with what the party is going out with

3. Manifesto, Leaders Profiles, Rules for Teams etc
